Threshold festival 2012 is fast approaching and we have a fantastic prize to giveaway to one lucky reader. The winner will receive a pair of weekend festival wristbands and a two night stay in the comfort of Parr Street Hotel.
The full stage line-ups have been announced for this years Threshold Festival taking place around the Baltic Triangle (Feb 10-12). The multi-arts grassroots event will 'kick off' as people are encouraged to gather outside the former home of the festival, the CUC, for the official opening ceremony at 5pm on Fri 10th Feb.
Liverpool Live are fortunate to have our own stage at the Camp & Furnace headlined on Friday by Louis Barabbas & The Bedlam Six and on Saturday by The Thespians.
Among the big names performing are Chelcee Grimes, Picture Book, Man Get Out and chart topping Sandi Thom. With hundreds of bands, artists and performers lined up over the three days, there's so much more on offer.
Our exclusive prize will give one lucky Liverpool Live reader a VIP festival experience with a pair of wristbands giving access to all three days of music, art, dance and theatre plus a two night stay in the fantastic Parr Street Hotel.
Parr Street hotel is based in the bustling Ropewalks area of the city and is less than 15mins walk from the main Threshold venue at the Camp and Furnace. The hotel is also home to the world famous Parr Street Studios where none other than Coldplay recorded their first three multi million selling albums.
